Requirements : All applicants should have a consistent yoga practice for at least one year , and must be able to do Urdhva Dhanurasana ( wheel pose ) and sirsasana ( headstand, without support of the wall ).
Cost :
4.250.000 IDR
( or 4.000.000 IDR if pay fully before 1 Feb 08 / Early bird )
Cost including training materials, yoga props ( strap and blocks ), snack and refreshment during training, and 15 asana classes at Yoga Leaf Centre that should be taken during the length of the study.
Limited Number of Participants.
Certificate of Completion and a Letter of Recommendation will be awarded upon completion.
